A. Duties and Responsibilities
Plans human resource strategies that could help the employees to reach the business objective.
Acts as the point of communication between the executives and employees to address their concerns and grievances properly.
Actively participates in filtering, interviewing, and hiring new company employees.
Enhances the employee’s human capital to support the present and future business needs.
Nurtures a collaborative, impartial, and positive working environment at all times.
Establishes performance appraisal systems to inspire employees to work hard.
Copes with the regulated pay plans and benefit programs for employees.
Observes training sessions and provides the necessary training supplies.
Evaluates the performance of employees and comes up with impartial judgments adhering to the HR metrics.

Knowledgeable in labor laws, HR practices, and other elements related to human resource management.
Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and results-driven to prioritize the employee’s well-being.
